ABOUT DR. C. THOMAS ANDERSON
Dr. Maureen adds, “The Lord spoke to me clearly that this church would have no limits on it, only the limits that were in us. What made this unique was our decision to believe God fully. I’ll never forget when we stumbled into a Christian conference where Fred Price and Myles Munroe were teaching. We had never heard of neither of them. The message of faith changed our lives that night. It truly brings the hope which is an anchor for our soul. Praise God!”
The Andersons' two sons came to work at the church as maintenance employees part time while they attended college. “Yeah, Dad wanted us to work in every aspect of the church, to understand each and every angle of helping serve in God’s house,” explains Pastor Scot Anderson, who in 1991 along with his brother, Pastor Jason Anderson, came on full time to serve at The Living Word. Both of them and their wives graduated from Arizona State University and have been integrally enrolled in the expansion of The Living Word.
Dr. Tom Anderson is the personality of The Word for Winners, the nationally acclaimed Christian television program that reaches the world with the message of Christ. Dr. Tom, raised in a pine shack the early part of his life, has shown the power of God to help us overcome and find victory in the promises of God if we will believe. “I want to be more than just a teacher.
